We had a great weekend full of holiday activites. Despite being on the go all weekend, it actually was not crazy or stressful but super enjoyable for all of us. Mac was a trooper and pretty much lived in his snowsuit and Moby wrap and James loved every second of all of the festivities. Saturday morning we went ice skating with James' preschool. Tim had to hold him under his arms and pretty much drag him around the rink, but James had so much fun. We had to bribe him with hot chocolate just to get him off the ice to give Tim's back a rest!

Saturday night was Longmont's holiday parade and firework display. It was the best one yet, we went with the Haleys and had a great time. Some of these pis are from Friday night when they had Santa's reindeer, hot chocolate stands, fire pits and a parachute drop at the park. James was freaked out by the parachute drop (the parachuters had fireworks coming out of them) and the firework display but loved everything else. He really enjoyed the parade this year.
James waving to Santa-the last float of the parade.
On Sunday morning we went up to Ft Collins and had Santa Brunch with Steve, Amberly and the girls at the country club. Here is James giving Santa the side eye.
James asked for Buzz Lightyear and told Santa that Mac wanted a wagon.

Zephyr would have loved doing all of this too! Looks like a fun wintery weekend. We went to the beach.
What a fun weekend! I love the pics of James ice skating, that is quite the change from our New Years ice capades and he looks so cute in his skates. You slso got some really great pics of both your little guys with Santa, love the side eye pic and Macs little smiley face could not be any sweeter. We can't wait to have some holiday fun with you guys this weekend!
Love James' tie - does ne know how to tie it himself? Or is that something Grampa can teach him when I see him next week?
It's a dying artform.
Sounds like a crazy weekend! I love the Santa pics. We were so glad you guys could come to Addi's party -- it was so great to see you all!
