Happy New Year!

2007 was a perfect year for us, and we are looking forward to watching James change and grow in 2008! We rung in the new year up in Silverthorne at the Nichols' cabin. It snowed a TON and we had a lot of fun relaxing by the fire and staying warm. Taylor and James had to put on their snowsuits once so we could snap a few pictures. They were pretty thrilled.

James has grown so much lately, he looks bigger to us each day. He seems to have really gone on a growth spurt since Christmas. He outgrew all his preemie clothes, and has only been in newborn clothes 2 weeks and seems to be getting to long for those too! We are guessing he is over 9 lbs now, he was 8 lbs 8 oz at his appt on the 26th. He got some vaccines at that appt as well and hardly cried. He was much more vocal that evening when we clipped his nails for the first time and got a little piece of skin :-( I don't know who was more traumatized by that expereince. We will stick to biting and tearing off his nails from now on. We are not a fan of the nail trimmers anymore.
