We took advantage of the outoor ice skating rink at the park by our house earlier this week when Tim was off and took James skating with his 2 Mont BFF's-John and Colin. He had been cooped up in the house pretty much non-stop since Christmas playing with Legos in his pajamas, so some outside activity with friends was MUCH needed. All geared up and ready to hit the ice!

After one trip around the rink holding James up under his arms, we got him a walker to skate with to spare Tim's back.
He took to it pretty much immediately and had a blast going around and around the rink with his friends. He lasted about 1 1/2 hours and promptly crashed in the car and took his first nap in weeks.
What a fun activity to have right by our house, we will definitely have to get back there again this winter!

Great, can Grampa get a bigger version of the walker and join him next time I'm up? That would be worth a picture.
